Primarily used in milk processing, this separator continuously separates cream and skim milk from whole milk while removing impurities and sediments. It also enables milk standardization based on fat content and can separate extremely small solid particles (less than 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from liquid phases.

The disc separator is specifically designed for two-phase and three-phase separation processes. Two-phase separation involves separating suspended solids from liquids or separating two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.

Clarification involves two-phase separation where materials are fed into the machine's bowl interior. Under strong centrifugal force, impurities are removed from raw materials to produce clean, clarified milk.

All parts and components contacting materials are manufactured from stainless steel, minimizing corrosion from processed materials while meeting strict food hygiene requirements. The separator bowl undergoes precise dynamic balancing for stable operation with minimal vibration and noise.

All components are constructed from stainless steel with high-quality machining and precision assembly. The refining machine operates at speeds ranging from 5000-12000 RPM.
