Our industrial disc centrifuge machine is specifically engineered for the efficient separation of kitchen waste oil and illegal cooking oil, enabling the production of valuable resources including biogas, biodiesel, organic fertilizer, and high-protein feed.

This advanced separation technology addresses the challenging oil-water-solid separation requirements in waste oil treatment processes. Our engineers have developed specialized disk separators that maximize separation efficiency under extreme operating conditions.

The drum serves as the core separation component, rotating at high speeds to achieve optimal separation. It receives power through precise taper fitting with the vertical shaft. Each drum component is individually numbered to prevent interchangeability. Disk sets are sequentially assembled on the distributor, with disks and drum cover secured by disk glands.

During the warranty period, our engineers provide door-to-door service when necessary, or customers can return faulty equipment to our factory free of charge. Post-warranty service is available at standard rates.
