DPF445 Disc Separator for Small Starch Processing
The DPF445 disc separator is the primary equipment used in small-scale starch processing industries. This model features an upper belt transmission structure with upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, utilizing nozzle discharge technology.
Separation Process Technology
Material enters the separator drum where strong centrifugal force separates the hybrid liquid through disk string partitions. Heavy phase liquid moves outward along disk walls, accumulating in residue-settling areas, while light phase liquid moves inward and upward. Both phases are output separately through centripetal pumps with maximum pressure under 0.3MPa.
These separators require minimal maintenance and offer extended service life for continuous industrial operation.
